Unitron Classic yet underrated heavy metal from the 70's. Favorite track: Idealist / Realist.
Lute FP
Lute FP thumbnail
Lute FP Mighty fine classic rock, tinged with a metal/doom vibe. Recorded in '72, it definitely aged well.

paul rote From the same recording session as the first album !! Usually considered not quite as good as the first ! I disagree ,. Play the song Humble . The passion is incredible. A song about crying out to God for answers !

Mother 04:24
Mother Mother, you've been good to me Mother, kept me from what I shouldn't see Taught me life was sweet and grand Told me goodness came from man Mother, you lied to me! All those years in your arms Tucked away from worldly harms Behind you apron strings I saw Life was happy free to all Mother, take a look around Mother, take a look at what I found Greedy people everywhere No compassion, they just don't care Mother, you lied to me Oh! you, you lied to me All those years in your arms Tucked away from worldly harms Behind you apron strings I saw Life was happy free to all Mother , why was I conceived Given life then made to breath Born through Love, then tossed away Left to face the world each day

Humble 04:43
Humble We need to know our destined fate We need to know don't make us wait Tell me the answers, tell me now Give me direction, show me how Let me know what's planed for me Pain and sorrow won't let me be Can you tell me , won't you share Your mystic secrets, Don't you care You have the power You have the might To change the world From wrong to right Why make us suffer Live alone Let us into your Worldly home Through countless times You ruled all things Gave life to man Created kings Were we made to touch his lips Then kneel in fear Humbleness
3.
Keep On 03:38
Keep On Keep on the door will close Close and lock you away Cold winds wait, the sun don't shine Look at all you leave behind Keep on the door will close Close and lock you in Steal your loneliness Take you where you've never been Keep on the path is clear, see the truth It's coming near Lose yourself behind the door No one wants you anymore Keep on the door will close Close and lock you away Cold winds wait, the sun don't shine Look at all you leave behind Keep On the door will close close and lock you out: Icy fingers wait to shake your hand Take your life if they can Keep on the door will close Close and lock you away Cold winds wait, the sun don't shine Look at all you leave behind

Idealist / Realest Hey look at me, I'm just like you Abused through out the day No matter what we do or say We hurt someone, something some way When will you see the light When will you start your change You need not suffer Just find a way to rearrange Idealists dream of flowered worlds The realist feels the dirt No matter what we try to seek It will not come and kiss our cheek No time to taste your mothers pie Or freak the ones you meet Don't let you life just wonder by Make it something clean and sweet

Feel The Hurt Should I think about my sorrow That I know I can not change So distant seems my happiness, So real is my pain You gave me a reason to live, But now you've gone away I need someone to help me, Make it through the day I've searched through many teardrops, I feel I can't go on My burden seems so heavy, Each hour seems so long So distant seems my happiness, So real is my pain I feel I'm losing the one I love I feel I'm losing you! Should I think about my sorrow, That I know I can not change So distant seems my happiness, So real is my pain You gave me a reason to live, But now you've gone away I need someone to help me, Make it through the day
6.
Tomorrow 03:04
Tomorrow So today your not happy, Happy at all Why don't you tell me, Tell me it all Don't turn your back, don't make me guess Tell me I'll listen, the hurt will be less Tomorrow may be a beautiful day Tomorrow may bring a much better way To find yourself and what you must do To face all the problems, that are facing you You need a friend, a listening ear Someone to talk to, someone sincere Knowing arms to hold you tight Someone to be with through out the night Tomorrow may be a beautiful day Tomorrow may bring a much better way To find yourself and what you must do To face all the problems, that are facing you

Bow to the King Bow to the King He's marching down the aisle His subjects start to scream They've waited quite a while The King is dressed in red His fist are hard as lead He's waited months to meet, The man he's going to beat Bow to the King He slowly steps inside Across the canvas hide He hears the bell to fight He's blinded by the light Bow to the King! The King begins to move His movements are so smooth The man moves to his right His eye's are filled with fright The King connects a right The man is turning white A jab has crushed his jaw Tthe man begins to fall In fifteen seconds flat He's put him on the mat The man is counted out The King has won the bout As the bell begins to ring The crowd salutes their king With fist up high, they jab the sky He's won again they sing

about

BANG Dallas, Texas

Surely one of the most unsung bands in the history of American hard rock music, BANG released three full-length albums for Capitol Records in the early 70’s, that criminally sank without a trace. Capitol artist development at the time just did not know what to do with the band that was often called America’s answer to Black Sabbath. ... more
